Internal Medicine

Ceva is deeply committed to raising awareness about acute onset pancreatitis and providing training and resources that empower veterinary professionals to deliver optimal care.

Pancreatitis in dogs is a serious condition characterized by inflammation of the pancreas, an organ essential for digestion and blood sugar regulation. When inflamed, the pancreas can trigger clinical signs such as vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and less active or sluggish behavior.

When pancreatitis strikes, the pancreas becomes inflamed and starts to damage itself.  This can lead to serious pain and health issues if not treated quickly.
