In connection with a trademark infringement lawsuit brought by PSPC, Inc. against Sogeval Laboratories, Inc. in the United State District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release of Claims effective September 10, 2013.

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Sogeval will permanently cease its use of the Tri-COX^TM trademark, replacing it with the mark TRP-Tri-COX^TM. The intent of such change is to ensure there is no confusion between Sogeval’s TRP-Tri-COX product and PSPC’s PHYCOX® product.
